Game Basics

- Implemented the 'infinity runner' mechanic
- You can now upgrade your abilities (currently, only actually progresses to lvl 2)
- Added two types of obstacle generations (simple bar and double bar)
- You can know how much stamina and health you have currently
- You can continue from where you stopped, you just need to press the play button
